Q: How often does the activated carbon filter has to be removed?
A: Considering a normal use, the filter should last one year. The filter is exchangeable simply and comes with an instruction. Order here.

Q: Which quality does Belair 3000 provide?
A: We aim to high quality standards, for components as well as for assembly. Belair 3000 is 'Made in Switzerland', which of course has a high impact on the longevity of the device. 

Q: Is there a warranty?
A: We offer a two years warranty for defects that are in our responsability.

Q: What is the noise level of Belair 3000?
A: The smooth sound of the device is around 24dB. This is much more quiet than a hairdryer and mostly more quit than an ordinary toilet ventilation.

Q: How complicated is the mounting of Belair 3000?
A: Not complicated at all. Belair 3000 is mounted instead of the old toilet seat. When there is no electricity nearby (Cable lenght: 5 meter/15 ft.) you can use a common extension cable.

Q: How disturbing is the cable in a bathroom?
A: Not at all, if you place it behind radiators or in corners. The low voltage cable  is very thin and white.

Q: How dangerous is Belair 3000?
A: The device is completely undangerous. The ventilators work with harmless low voltage. 

Q: What is the electricity consumption of Belair 3000?
A: The built in ventilators have an energy consumption of 3 Watt in total. Compared with the ventilators of bathrooms (60 to 100 watts)  a fractional amount. 

Q: What certificates has Belair 3000?
A: The electricity adaptor has a CE-Certificate.
